Working in the
hospitality industry requires practical skills, an excellent
understanding of service, and a great attitude.
The two-day program is
designed to help prepare the students for a job in a cafe or
restaurant. Our human resources lecturer will even give them some
advice for securing a job.
The course finishes with
a visit to a four or five star hotel, to enjoy a nice afternoon tea
and to see their food and beverage department in action.
