Kenvale’s Hospitality
and Event Management courses are designed for students who would
like to enter one or both of these fascinating industries and
progress to management level. The courses are run concurrently
so that students receive the overall and practical training to
succeed in both industries.
Within the management
courses, our most common program is the combined Advanced Diploma
of Hospitality/Diploma of Events. This standard program takes two
years to be completed as full time study or three years part time.

- Contact hours are 2 ½ to 3 days
maximum.
- The academic year is
divided into 2 semesters (parallel to the University of New South
Wales' timetable).
- Each semester consists
of 16 weeks.
- All students carry out
an industry placement for 15- 20 hours per week in addition to
their College contact hours.
